All new students should turn up for their first lesson in a Tee Shirt and Tracksuit Bottoms.

The Tae Kwon Do is practised in bare feet so no extra footwear is required.

Bring a drink along but be aware that you will not be allowed to just walk off the floor for a drink any time. A short drinks break will be allowed.

Clearly point out to your Instructor if you have any past injuries or illness that may prevent you from completing the lesson.

You will be expected to complete a provisional licence form on your arrival so coming along 10 minutes early.

Cheshunt. Park by the astro pitches and enter through reception. Gym down on the left. Look out for the signs.
